Parinaya Pre-Marital Workshops
With a view to give today’s youth population the right understanding about marriage and life, Aaryajanani is now launching “Parinaya Premarital Workshops”.
The 2-hour workshops will be conducted online on 1st Saturday each month from 5PM to 7PM and will serve people above 18 years of age.
The 5 instructor-led sessions are:
- Pranayama and Silent Contemplation
- Significance of Marriage
- Marriage Rituals
- Interactive Storytelling
- Lifestyle
Post workshop, all the attended participants will be sent Parinaya material.

Parinaya Pre-Pregnancy Workshops
The second part of Parinaya, i.e., the “Pre-Pregnancy” workshop, will shed light on the preparation required for healthy conception and offspring. This would ensure the conscious nurturing of healthy, strong future generations.
The 2-hour workshops will be conducted online on 3rd Saturday of every month from 5 PM to 7 PM and can be attended by anyone who is 18 years and above.
The five instructor-led sessions are:
- Presentation on Pre-pregnancy Care
- Pre-Pregnancy Yoga
- Japa
- Storytelling
- Lifestyle
Post-workshop, all the participants will be sent the link to download some helpful material.

What will one Pregnancy workshop offer?
Every workshop of Aaryajanani is carefully designed by our experts to give a wholesome experience for both to-be parents and the baby inside. The duration is for 3 Hours from 9AM to 12PM.

Aaryajanani conducts 2-day residential pregnancy ashram program on the third weekend of every month for pregnant couples under 34 weeks at an ashram environment in Hyderabad. The Ashram program provides a peaceful and spiritual environment for the mother and the growing baby in the womb, positively impacting the bond.
