Our residential retreat program for pregnant women, will be held at locations that are peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. They focus on:

  3. Yoga, Prāṇāyāma (breathing exercises), Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Silent walking, and Listening to soft music that help mothers tune into higher consciousness and revitalize their body and mind
