Our residential retreat program for pregnant women, will be held at locations that are peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. They focus on:
- How to enjoy the bliss of pregnancy and the awareness of the baby growing inside
- How the mother can strive for a child with superior intellect, high thinking, morality and lofty values.
- Yoga, Prāṇāyāma (breathing exercises), Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Silent walking, and Listening to soft music that help mothers tune into higher consciousness and revitalize their body and mind
