Important Guidelines to follow before attending workshops
- Please join the Zoom meeting under the participant’s name (the pregnant woman who registered for this workshop). Husband joining must append his name with wife’s name.
- Zoom link will be provided at least one hour before the workshop start time
- We strongly recommend husbands to join as well. Please watch this video to understand why:

Important Guidelines to follow before attending workshops
- Request Pregnant mothers to be present at the venue by 8:45AM on the workshop day
- Husband must participate. If not available, you must be accompanied by one person – your mother/ mother-in-law/others
- Your cell phones should be deposited at the venue. They’ll be returned after the workshop
- Have breakfast before the workshop. We will provide a snack during break time at the venue
- Dress code: Women: Salwar, Kameez with dupatta which is compulsory.Men: loose comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice.
