ONLINE WORKSHOP GUIDELINES

Important Guidelines to follow before attending online workshops:

1. Please join the Zoom meeting under the participant’s name (the pregnant woman who registered for this workshop). Husband joining must append his name with wife’s name.
2. Zoom link will be provided at least one hour before the workshop start time – Please be sure to join the WhatsApp Group and check email (spam/trash folders included) to confirm the link by 8 AM on the workshop date. 
3. We strongly recommend husbands to join as well. Please watch this video to understand why:
4. Dress code: Women: Salwar, Kameez with dupatta which is compulsory. Men: loose comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice. We insist that you have a Blanket/Yoga Mat with you and practice along with the instructor during the Yoga Session.
